The LNGC 2nd Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Engineer in maintaining and operating the engineering systems aboard liquefied natural gas carriers (LNGCs). This position requires specialized knowledge and experience with steam turbine propulsion systems. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment inspections and maintenance, monitoring machinery performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supervising engineering crew members as directed by the Chief Engineer. Requirements:
