The Senior Legal Executive provides legal counsel and support to the organization on a wide range of legal matters. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents, as well as providing advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management issues. The Senior Legal Executive represents the company in negotiations, disputes, and legal proceedings, and liaises with external legal counsel as needed. Additionally, they stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure the company’s operations remain compliant and legally sound.

Requirements:

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Several years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate or maritime legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
